    Primal potluck brunch ideas

    Other than an egg dish - Work is doing a potluck brunch next Tuesday...

    Do you do any dairy? I made a cauliflower casserole yesterday that went over well with my potluck crowd. It's got lots of cheese in it, though.

    One bag frozen cauliflower, cooked and mashed.
    Eight ounces of hard cheese, grated. I used cheddar.
    One block of regular cream cheese.
    Six slices of bacon, cooked and chopped.
    Several scallions, chopped.
    Salt, pepper, and garlic, to taste.

    Mix it all together and bake it till it bubbles...about 20 minutes at 350'.

    I usually bring some type of meatball to a potluck. I find they go very quickly because they're appetizing and easy to eat! A couple of primal meatballs I'm going to try soon:
