3 pieces of bacon and coffee started my day off nicely!

Day 3 no sugar! I'm feeling good. I did have some grains today, in the form of one kid-sized piece of pizza (thin crust) at my son's playdate. I am working on the primal idea, but I'm going to be eating food I'm served, especially as a guest at somebody else's house. I also ate 2 bites of mashed potatoes at dinner. Typically this would have been 3 pieces of pizza (I added chicken to my plate instead) and 3/4 cup of mashed potatoes, so I know my body can feel a difference.

Other primal activities? I did some heavy lifting today, lots of bricks and moving dirt for a patio.
