Hello,

I am very excited to take part in this great community. I have eaten a semi paleolithic/ primal diet for about three years. Unfortunately, I have had trouble maintaining it during finals and whenever I would go back home. Bread, yogurt and some legumes are a major staple of my family's Mediterranean diet. I have always been very athletic but have had trouble with overeating. I have found that when I eat strictly paleo/primal foods I am able to mindfully enjoy my food and not have the tendency to overeat/bindge. I want to share my journey with this great community, as I believe it will inspire me and help me make this a lifestyle. I feel that being 100% primal would benefit me most but appreciate the flexibility of the 80/20 rule.
