You could make, like, a lard cake?
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients: LARD
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (probably)
Scoop lard into a cake pan
Bake for a while
Result: LARDCAKE
enjoy

I have a 100-year-old recipe for sugar cookies (from my great-great-great aunt Ida from a farm in Iowa) that calls for lard as the fat. I wonder if I can make lard-y sugar cookies using almond/coconut flour and honey...I used to love those. Try some primal baking?

While on war games with some French frogmen many years ago, one of them offered me some of his lunch. My French (eh!) and his English (bouf!) got me to understand it was a pork sandwich. I accepted his most kind offer. It was a roll smeared with an inch thick slab of lard. In the interest of international relations I ate it. Also, I was starving because my outfit didn't see fit to send us food.

Aparently carnitas cooked in lard is the way to go! Someone posted a recipe but google has tons. Your parents would most definitely not kick you out of the kitchen if you made carnitas.
The more I see the less I know for sure.
