Did the workout today.
4 assisted pullups
12 knee pushups
4 pullups (by the last one, I was DONE with pullups, lol!)
I've been doing squats and pushups for a few weeks. The other day I did the squats and my knee twinged so now I am more careful to keep my knee properly aligned.
Also took two walks in the rain today. One short one to a drugstore and in the evening, walked to the grocery store.
