I live for the day I can say things like, well, how many hours of nutritional training did you have in med school... because I already know the answer. I am not a success story, no significant weight loss, cholesterol and insulin numbers all jacked, but I will be. I can't wait to get retested for insulin resistance and my doctor who wanted to put me on metformin say how did you lose the weight and regain sensitivity. Another good thought for moments of impending food weakness!

I can explain why someone doesn't like Star Wars, Disney bought them. As for Star Trek? Who knows.

Muscle. I am starting to build up a lot of it. I can do 1/2 pull ups now as well as inverted crunches. can i please drop more fat while i gain muscle is it making my scale weight creep up and i dont like it.

That's great... I can't do a pull up yet. I still try, though, so I think that counts (I can't quite get my feet to leave the floor).
You are looking good, Quelsen! I do understand about the adding muscle / not losing weight thing. I'm doing heavier kettlebell work, and my jeans are still fitting, but my scale weight is obscene. Heck, I've got a couple of pair of jeans that have gotten a bit too baggy - but the scale has gone up. it is annoying as hell.
Old Star Trek. I don't mind you losing your taste for the new version...
