So apparently i had a potassium imbalance. 328.8 today
I seem to have plateaued around 330. not bad at all. this quick jaunt to Myrtle Beach is a good indicator that things have settled into a new stable and I like it. Interestingly SHE decided after seeing a picture of herself walking into the surf that another round of HCG was in order. while i removed and additional 30 pounds after the round she only removed about 5 and stopped.
We knew we were going to do another round this year and she has announced that it will be Saturday ( we normally start on Friday but WTH. with this round my expectation is simply to reach 300. nothing fancy. What this means is sort of a splurge for the next few days.
we know what we can and cannot eat and she needs her comfort food. this means that she has figured out a rock solid no gain cheesecake and since we are not great on planning we figured out how to make them in cupcake papers so that they cool faster and are edible within a hour after baking rather than a day. normally we make 6 -9 chessecupcakes and eat them over 2 - 3 days every other week... but we are pigging out now LOL.... she made 11 and i had 2 last night 1 for breakfast and i plan on having the other 2 tonight...
In addition to the cheesecupcakes she figured out dare I say it, Primal Pecan Pie - oh so good. again cupcake size. these however use a bit of Moldova sugar and as such are more like every 6 weeks or so... and 3 take 3 days to eat... not today LOL had two for breakfast and will have the last one with dinner...
and for the piece-de-resisaance Primal Carrot CupCake for tomorrow and Saturday... these wonders are a recent addition to the arsenal of good for you treats and like the pecan pies are used in moderation due to the maple syrup the carrots are marinaded in. Since she uses a lot of coconut flour in these they are pretty hefty fare and not to be taken lightly and eaten incorrectly can require a 24-3 hour IF..... use with caution.
ah to be liberal and free if only for 3 days... i am still stuffed from the breakfast in which my protein was beef short ribs which were seared in the pan then slow braised in the crock all night... my eyes may be bigger than my stomach however there is a lot of basil to be turned into pesto before Saturday and i am just the man to do it......
this morning i was still at 330. but my expectation is that I will gain a few pounds before saturday and then shrinking mode will be engaged.
so much food so little time LOL
You said cheesecake and carrot cake cupcakes!!! Curses!!!!!
Could you perhaps ask SHE for Primal cupcake recipes for the rest of us?
