it just might. i stopped tracking over 14 months ago. i thought about that in the ice bath this morning

    lets see

Pull out the old harris benedict equation

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x 364 ) + ( 12.7 x 71.5 ) - ( 6.8 x 40 )

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 2267.72 ) + ( 908.05 ) - ( 272 )

    Men: BMR = 2969.77

    now lets see.
    Average Breakfast : 16 oz ground beef, 1 tbs MCT 1 tbs Butter, 2 tbs HWC = ~1330 kcal 76% F 24% P

    Average Dinner : 16 oz Sirloin 2 tbs Butter 1/4c onion. 1/4 mushroom, ( hell i will even include my twice a week Sweet Potato ) 1 medium Japanese Sweet potato ~1014kcal 40% P 47% F 13% C

    For a total intake of 2337 and a ratio of 64%F 31%P and 5%C

looks like i am on my highest intake carb days still 632 kcal short

Assuming that calories matter that it :-)

I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!

Congrats man! The pain part doesn't sound fun but that loss of fat sounds interesting.

So my mix of heavy metal all combine to destroy ATP production as well as depress thyroid function and cause EPIC pregnenolone steal.

Started DMSA Chelation this week wonder how long it will take to remove the
    Arsenic
    Barium
    Cesium
    Lead
    Mercury
    Nickel
    Thallium
    and
    Tin

and I am so very curious as to where i was exposed to the Arsenic Thallium and Tin. I must assume that my working with my father in a heat treatment factory at age 7 exposed me to everything else.

Thanks Dad :-) Good Looking out!!!

I can't help but wonder if this might be a big part of your puzzle. I assumed you had already addressed this possibility of metal poisoning.

Years ago I did some expensive testing and found I had high levels of mercury and cadmium. I never did address it as I was pregnant then nursing for some time after that. Thankfully my daughter is healthy and very bright but then I never vaccinated her at all--ever. She recently scored 33 out of 36 on her ACT tests. (You need a "31" to qualify for MIT or so I have been told) I have to wonder what that score would have been if I had let doctors inject her with mercury & aluminum for 18 years as she already had plenty of exposure in the womb from me.

I've added Chlorella this week which is about time since it's been in my cupboard, unopened, for over a year. I take so many supplements that I just couldn't stomach any more but finally am using a total of 18-20 per day. This is on top of my 87.5 mg's of Iodoral for my Bromide detox at the same time. I go up to 100 mg's tomorrow.

I am so glad you have a doctor helping you with heavy metals. I couldn't get my doc to help me with it so I've continued flailing on my own as usual. Thanks, Q, you've been so much help to me since I found these forums. And I often share your experiences with my hubby to motivate him. He's a little stubborn about trying to do things my way but at least he's making some changes on his own which is still progress.
