    Day 5 of the ketogenic diet and i dont feel any different than normal except i am eating. Well drinking to be honest, 12 oz of ground been in the morning, but i am running out, didnt i just buy this cow..... then 3 cans of coconut milk augmented by coconut butter during the day. no carbs at all. According to the book it will take 3 weeks to totally deplete my gloucose stores. I am in Ketosis as determined by keto sticks and my blood glucose is still hovering around 80 - 84, lower than the previous 20 years but still not 75. If i understand correctly it should not be less than 80 if everything is working correctly so good sign,

    So far i have done chocolate and lemon , and lime , and cinnamon in my milk, anyone else have suggestions. i was thiinking about curry, but i havent yet tried it.

    I add the vanilla to the cinnamon :-)

    On an MCT Ketogenic diet the coconut milk lets me drink ot rather than chew and swallow the butter alone. I coudl do it for a couple of days but not for months

    I'm not a fan of coconut milk. I like the meat and oil just not the milk.

    Been there before. The only good experience I've had with being laid off was when I lost my job with Morgan Stanley. They took very good care of us.

    one would think that will all the workshops i have attended that when the rubber hits the road i woudl perform better. sigh, i am way to attached to my way of life. the thought that i might lose it in 30 days has become overwhelming.
    My biggest fear... that i will gain weight again. second largest fear, that I will be homeless.
