I posted here last week, because, after many years in the vegan/vegetarian/raw communities, I found some health problems beginning to crop up and I went on the hunt for answers.
Thanks to encouragement from forum members, I am now using myself as a human guinea pig to carry out a 30 day trial of the primal diet. Big deal for me - never done anything like this before.

Welcome any comments or feedback from those more experienced with this lifestyle. Unfortunately, the vegan community has already gotten wind of what I'm doing and so I'm getting some heat, but I can take it.

Thanks guys! I'm still stunned (and knocking on wood) that I haven't ended up with carb flu and that my body is responding so well. Many thanks to the forum members who urged me to give this trial a shot...
Day 4 will be up and running tomorrow. I will update once a day.

Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.
