The only broccoli slaw I'm aware of comes from walmart, and we use it instead of noodles for stir fry. I'm assuming you're talking like a broccoli coleslaw though. I can help you with broccoli slaw stir fry, but not slaw slaw

Thanks Dr. BB but you're right, I'm looking for a broccoli type cole slaw.

If you could though, post your recipe for the broccoli slaw stir fry. That sounds insteresting.

OK, disclaimer, I don't measure when I cook stuff that I've made for forever, so all of the measurements here are estimations...

    1 bag of broccoli slaw
1 red pepper sliced super thin (like matchsticks)

    3 - 4 T rice vinegar
1 - 2 T roasted sesame oil (you can use olive oil, but it's not going to taste right, I've tried LOL)
1 T ginger (chopped or paste)
1 tsp. smashed up lemongrass (you can leave this out without much trouble)
    salt to taste
    dash of cayenne for oomph
You can add a wee bit of stevia or sugar or honey to add a wee bit of sweetness. I prefer that sweet/sour/salty/hot mix, but it's not required.

Whisk up the dressing ingredients and pour over the slaw and pepper mix. Let sit for a while, stir to get everything coated a few times. Enjoy

I used to add peanut butter and peanuts to the dressing (which was deadly good) but I don't anymore and it's still yummy.

Yay, so glad I get to share my stir fry recipe. I LOVE STIR FRY!

You're gonna need 2 frying pans for this. In 1, pour some EVOO, and start warming it up. Dump in your bag of broccoli slaw "noodles". Mix up a bit, then cover. Steam until soft & noodle-y. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
In 2nd pan, add EVCO, start cooking up 1 lb chopped chicken breast. When cooked through, add your favorite stir fry veggies. Combine well.

While that's all cooking, you'll want to gather 1/4c almond butter, 1/2c sesame seed oil, 1/4c soy sauce, fresh garlic, and red pepper (like cayenne). Place all in food processor and whiz until smooth. Pour over chicken & veggies. Plate your slaw, serve your chicken & veggies. Enjoy!

LMK how you like it. You can play around with the sauce. Basic ingredients almond butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic. The red pepper just gives it more character.

Ironic I just made some brocoli slaw earlier for dinner. I just get the bagged stuff from the store cause I am lazy. I mixed in some red wine viniger, lime, abit of olive oil, and some crab and feta, and some almond slivers, was pretty awesome.
