I'm having a hard time getting fish down. I thought I'd try to make breaded fish sticks using Almond flour. Any tips on how to do this successfully? Do I need egg? What is the best kind of non-fishy fish to use? This has been a real "stalling point" for me. Here in the desert we're already getting pretty hot so turning on the oven isn't an option. They'll have to be fried.
I have used egg wash and almond meal as a breading on liver, so I would think it would work for fish too. I would think cod would be a nice fish for fishsticks.
