very nice. I torture my yoga students with at least two of those moves, except I slow them down.
Inhale, plank pose (high push up)
Exhale, chaturanga dandhasana (low push up)
Exhale side plank -- one full breath
exhale side plank -- one full breath
and then several rounds until they collapse. it's fun.
the sprinters lunges we do with breath of fire. talk about getting hot. and, there's a lot of ab work in it.
I love it. That is exactly how I like to work out.
I want those yellow bars. Where did you get them?
