    YUM! I'd use raw honey if at all. I was thinking of using something else as a substitute, (pureed fruit?)

    This receipe was delish for sure. I am going to try it again with applesauce to add a little more moisture. Also going to bake as cupcakes. We are using this cake with Frozen Chocolate Coconut Ice Milk and some fresh whipped cream for Thanksgiving Day Dessert.
