Hello all,

I'm relatively new to the PB, still working my way through the archives and the book. I'm convinced, but my wife isn't, and we have had quite a few scuffles over her diet and that of our two children. Evidently all the evidence and science *I* can scrounge up isn't enough to support this lifestyle change.

So, here I am, in hopes of getting some help in finding hard proof that the PB is on target and good to go. Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
