primal pancakes?
I've had eggs & bacon pretty much all week whenever I've had breakfast. Trying to plan out tomorrow. Anyone have suggestions for non egg/bacon breakfast? Would like it to be less than 10g carb.

I REALLY want some pancakes/waffles, but trying to avoid that bad habit (I think it kinda falls into the primal baking category), and I've yet to find a VLC recipe for those.

This morning I had thin slices of roast beef (that I made last night) rolled up with horseradish in the middle, and some sauerkraut on the side. Delicious, and VLC.
Also, I could eat it cold and it took about two minutes to throw together.
It turns out the things that are good at other times in the day are also good in the morning. Generally, you want something fairly fast to make, so leftovers are great. But, cook pork chops, chicken livers, ground beef done any way, or whatever. In a super hurry with no leftovers? Open up that can of wild salmon, or go to your broths ready to go in the ridge.

Most breakfasts for me are burger patties with veggies. Or minute steaks with veggies. This week I had roasted pulled pork shoulder with avocado in romaine lettuce leaves. All very yummy!
fridge: blackberries, strawberries, coconut milk, eggs, bacon, pastrami, Fage Total (but I had a little today, and would prefer to not have it again for a while), veggies, apples, oranges, avocado, butter, all natural unfiltered apple juice, condiments
freezer: chicken, critter bones, bacon fat, beef, veggies
cupboard: ghee, EVCO, hemp protein, chia seed, arrowroot powder, tapioca pearls, coconut & almond flours, coconut cream concentrate, coconut butter
also have a very well stocked spice cupboard
