    Red Thai Curry Fish

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    Bacon grease the pan
Chop fresh thyme, rosemary and garlic and coat red snapper filet
    Chop baby carrots, mild peppers
Low heat start cooking carrots and peppers
Almost done throw in fish, break apart as it cooks
Once done, turn up the heat and add Trader Joe's Thai red curry sauce
After good heat reduction lay over a bed of fresh lettuce, tomatoes and chopped cucumbers
    Enjoy!

I made this up as I went and even the fish haters LOVED it.

Sounds delicious. No Trader Joe's in Houston yet, though (in the works though).

I've found that adding cocnut milk to curries also covers the fishy taste and even my 3 yr old will eat it! There's a cod recipe on here that was really awesome made this way.
