    running before breakfast

    I always knew eating before a run was a mistake. If I run with anything in my stomach, I feel like I'm going to puke. I never run more than 5 miles so I don't feel I'm in chronic cardio territory, but I DO feel like its a better idea for real weight loss than IF.

    nice idea but i cant do pre-breakfast runs (or swims) - I need an hour to wake up, get some coffee and fruit or nuts onboard, go to the loo, then get out there.
