How much omega 6 per serving? Seems like it could be a very inflammatory meal
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

i dunno, i didn't grab the data for it yet. i don't eat a whole lot of stuff like this on a regular basis, so a few inflammatory treats now and then don't bother me.
it isn't an every day breakfast, just a "hankerin' for hot cereal" once a week or so type of deal!

just wanted to let you know that I tried it this morning. Woke up with sinus funk & just wanted some hot food. It was delish. I topped it with shredded coconut. Thanks for sharing recipe.

Oh, I made it this morning, too. I also added a raw egg to the mix, to help it thicken a little & add some protein. It was quite good.

Thanks for sharing the recipe! I'm just transitioning into the primal lifestyle with my DH and being an oatmeal junkie, I need something to take its place. Will let you know how it is!
