I know some people who are doing pretty well with a balanced diet. But they never had weight issues to begin with. I have yet to see a person successfully lose weight on a balanced diet long term. But I definitely think its possible just as long as you aren't adding gluten/dairy or processed food and have a good amount of activity. Personally it's not for me but give it a shot and share your results.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
