I stepped on the scale today and was up a pound! This always sends me into an emotional tailspin, and I get into this horrible self indulgent psuedo logical head game where I convince myself that it doesn't matter what I eat, because I "gained weight" already. Sigh...

So I grabbed a box of fudge that I received for my birthday and stashed in the fridge, not really knowing what to do with it. Then I sliced up a bunch of ham, mixed up some mustard garlic dip and ate the ham. And it was so satisfying that I don't even want the fudge!

This may seem silly to some people, but as a survivor of eating disorder, this is huge for me!!! Yay, no binge, just a primal meal!

The more I see the less I know for sure.

Congrats! For those of us who emotionally eat it's an extremely tough feat!

    I grok, therefore I am.

Great going. I've suffered from binge eating in the past so I know how it goes. You did good.
