    Ultimeatza?

    Primal Fuel
    Hello Primal Humans.
I first heard of the meatza 2 weeks ago. I used CastleGroks recipe to make my first chicken meatza. It was awesome and I am forever hooked. Since that night after eating my first meatza I was determined to improve on it and make it even more meaty and delicious. I created the meatza over and over in my head and finally decided I had the right stuff.

    Behold GreenLight Jerky's ULTIMEATZA!

    The Dough:

    10oz chicken thighs
    4oz ground beef
    2oz pepperoni
    2oz bacon
    1.5oz pork rinds
    2tbsp parmesan cheese
    2tbsp flax seed
    1tbsp dried basil
    2tsp dried oregano
    1tsp dried minced garlic
    1tsp dried minced onion
    1 egg

Put it all in a food processor

I used a oven safe pan heavily buttered. This was just for shape. Next time ill just use a cookie sheet.

I baked it at 425 for about 30 minutes. Next time I think I'll have it at 500 degrees.

We added sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and mushrooms

Put it back in the oven till bubbly and browning as much as you like.

    This was absolutely delicious!
I created 2 thin 10 inch pizzas from the recipe.

This looks pretty awesome and I am totally making this. I don't recall the last time I had pepperoni... hopefully there is a decent brand without any shit in it at publix.

One question...can you pick it up like real pizza or is it more of a fork food?

Otherwise, I'm stealing Rivvin's pepperoni slices (so I don't have to go to the store, ha!) and making it for lunch.

I've made other meatzas and yes, you can either pick it up with your hands or use a fork.

Even with the thin version I made, it eats just like pizza. Next time with the higher temp I hope to get the bottom crispier.
I hope some of you make it and post photos and results here!
