    I made this a week or so ago, & it was delicious. I imagine you could easily sub banana for something else & it'd be just as tasty.

    This looks easy and delicious!! Thank you!!! I always make a ton of banana bread during the summer, now we don't have to forgo a fav treat.

    Wow that looks like the real thing even! I hate working with coconut flour cuz it always comes out SUPER dense and... ick. Glad you found an awesome recipe.

    EDIT: Wait. There's no bananas in that recipe. THAT'S BANANAS!

    @dr bork bork - it's definitely still dense, but maybe i'm just used to that now. all i know is that with some melty butter, it was HEAVEN.

    No no - I mistakenly forgot the bananas when I first published it. I assure you bananas are needed in the recipe.
