I was really hungry last night before bed and I woke up today feeling crap and with a sore throat. I was just having a look at my food intake for the past few days and realised that I was between 30g and 40g carbs yesterday. So maybe this is why I feel so crappy today. I have absolutely not energy which is a complete contrast with my energy levels the past few days. I think I will try and get my carb intake past 50g today and the rest of the week by eating some more fruit.
I got my partner to try primal out also. He is on day 4 and finding it a bit tough. He likes to lift heavy weighs in the gym so I'm thinking maybe some sweet potato for him for added energy. Any other suggestions welcome
Another concern I have is for my 2 kids. 2yr old girl and 10yr old boy. They are still eating all that processed crap. What am I to do for them? I feel really guilty about this after ready the primal blueprint book. I just want to do what is best for them.
I will add my food intake at the end of the day. It is morning time here now in Ireland and I just started the day with some eggs and bacon and tomato, yummy in my tummy lol.

I'm very happy to say that I am feeling great, have loads of energy and my skin is getting clearer. All this in just a week. I'm excited to see how I am after a month. Oh and I also managed to drop 4.5lb!! SUPER RESULT. I didn't even feel deprived and my cravings for carbs have diminished.
