You can use chicken wings, thighs, drumsticks, or breasts.

Mix up some almond butter with coconut oil, and just a little soy sauce. (Some times I add some spicy mustard although I realize it may not be the best choice. Find a consistency you like. I tend to try and limit the drippiness.

Dip the chicken pieces into the mixture to use at a base/marinade. Put chicken on tray. Add some Cumin seasoning (sometimes I also sprinkle coconut flakes on top of the chicken.

Some times I put cut up onions/carrots next to the chicken and bake them as well. Baking some almonds next to the chicken also isn't too shabby.

Bake for about 50 minutes and enjoy the awesomeness.
