This is an adaptation of the "noatmeal" recipe in the free reader's recipe book, but instead with coconut milk, different nuts, etc.
-3 tbsp ground almonds
-1 handful of walnuts
-1 handful of hazelnut
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 ripe banana
-Some apple chunks
-1/4 cup coconut milk
-Ground cinnamon, to taste
-Ground ginger, to taste
Grind the walnuts, hazelnuts and spices with 2 tbsp of the ground almonds.
Whisk the 3 eggs with the coconut milk.
Then grind 1 tbsp ground almonds with the ripe banana.
Mix it all together and add the apple chunks, heat over stove mixing lots until it's the consistency you like! Add stevia/honey/berries.
