    Carbs in fruits and veggies

Sorry if this has been asked before. :P I log my food every day, and do not eat processed foods (besides Mahatma rice once or twice a week). I count on fruit to be a delicious and filling snack, but am wondering - should I be counting or worried about the carbs in fruit??

Depends on your goals. If you are looking to lose weight, the carbs in fruit add up. While fruit is perfectly primal, its your total carb count that will make a difference. Maybe stick to the lower-carb fruits like berries.

Don't worry about eating some fruit. Eat it in moderation, and you will be fine. A piece or two a day shouldn't hurt your goals if your overall food intake is in check.

I usually only eat an orange or something similar a day. Sometimes I make healthy frozen fruit smoothies, but those aren't too often.
