I recently purchased a Schwinn Airdyne (got the Evo Comp one - can't wait to get it!) that I plan to use for high-intensity intervals in the mornings fasted. Right now I do a lot of cardio (45 minutes uphill walking on treadmill which feels very moderate but does leave me sweaty) and trying to do more medicine ball stuff, but that's about it. I was wondering how often I should aim to do about a 10-minute HIIT workout on the Airdyne each week? I was thinking every other morning? Does that sound good or should I do longer than 10 minutes and less times per week?
