I managed to sprain my shoulder the other day by almost falling off a wall and catching myself awkwardly with my left arm. I'm really glad no one was around at the time because I'm pretty sure I looked ridiculous.
Anyway, now I can't lift my left arm past my shoulder without wincing and that kind of screws up my LHT fun times. Does anyone have any "easy on the shoulder" exercises that I can do to either a) help it get better, or b) still work out that muscle group? Or should I just relax for a while and let my body do its thing?
Are you sure it's just a sprain? Might want to get it looked at, shoulders suck to fix and are easy to hurt more when injured.
