Hello. My name is Aleksandr Petrovykh and I am a senior in high school. To graduate we need to do a project and write a paper. For the paper we need to do a few interviews. My project is on nutrition so I was wondering if you could answer a few questions that I have.

How does poor nutrition affect a Childs ability to learn?

Can poor nutrition leave irreplaceable damage?

What are the needed nutrients for the mind to grow?

This is not an interview. This is "please do my homework for me." Go do your own research.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

Haha yeah, unfortunately the internet has replaced the library. I'm one of the Facebook generation kids!

Although the book the *Bell Curve* is highly controversial, the parts about childhood nutrition are not. You might have a look at that. Arthur Jensen's *g* also has some material on it, I think. *g* is a better book, overall.

When I went back to college, I was taking classes online. I'm a big fan of the internet, however, I decided to go to the library on campus to look into some journals. I got into a conversation with the librarian who spent about 15 minutes ranting at me about how the internet was bad, how I should come to a real library more often, and how the printed word is so much better than some pixels. I listened and said, "Great, so can you help me find these journals?" He handed me a piece of paper and said, "All our journals are online; here is the web address." Ah, comedy.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Aleksandr, you might find some helpful info in the books "The Ultramind Solution" and "Primal Body, Primal Mind".

nice try, but here's a hint: try googling for different nutrients and "prenatal." for example, google: zinc prenatal deficiency. that should get you started.
