Dang it is hot today. I think it is the first day I have been uncomfortabley hot since moving to this house.
Today was kind of unplanned and is looking to be a little weird. I am trying to just listen to my hunger but keep my fat high, protein good and carbs low. I eat what I feel like and when I am hungry. So far so good, I lost some weight and I have not had to exercise like a crazy person or starve! LOVE IT!
1 hard boiled egg

cashew butter, 2 small apples
dinner will be a not-so-primal pasta sauce (low in sugar though) with grain-free meatballs, turkey sausage, peppers and onions. I am going to try serving this on some shredded cooked cabbage and a side of veggies

suffering from constipation still. Increase in fiber seems to have caused it. Gave him apple juice since that usually clears him up. No luck. He will not eat too much until he gets moving again. He is out playing right now and I hope that might help shake things loose. TMI!!!!

I am feeling really good and very encouraged because of the weight loss. I felt pretty crappy this weekend but am better today. I think it was a female thing. I want to start being more active and hope that my energy goes up soon. We are HOPEFULLY moving next week (better be because our rental is being foreclosed on in 11 days) and I love a fresh start
