    Chicken bones

After they've been in my stock pot for a day, chicken bones are quite soft. What do you reckon? Is eating them a decent way to get some calcium and other goodies?

I don't know but while I don't exactly eat them, I always crush them with my teeth and suck out the marrow. I eat all the cartilage, though. I have always been like that but now I am not ashamed of it.

I usually throw them away. Dogs love them though - save them for a friend with a canine companion

I would eat them if they are soft enough! But I'm like Farfalla and always chomp on hard chicken bones to get at the marrow and cartlidge.
