I could help you with a chia based breaky, but have only worked with hemp protein, not the whole seed
well, i had major success this morning. -and all i did was wing it. i will be throwing it into the recipe threads later this week!
Cool. I have used both Chia and Hemp seeds together and it is nice. I used it to get "off" the oatmeal kick.
1/4c hemp protein
1/4c nut butter
mix chia w/1 cup water, allow to gel. Combine w/hemp protein & nut butter. I call it Perfect Storm breakfast pudding cuz it looks kinda stormy
