primal pizza with coconut flour-protein powder crust. It actually tastes like "real" pizza crust and doesn't fall apart...so proud.
Made with parmesan, mozzarella, guyere, cottage cheese, marinated chicken breast, italian seasoning, dried basil, and sliced mushrooms.
Served with chopped kale salad with homemade creamy dressing and green tea.
edit: oops posted into wrong thread...just realized this was ChocoTaco's personal one. Sorry! First post here in the forums.

Mmmm...I don't know. I haven't followed a recipe in years. I just cook. I can tell you it's pumpkin roasted with cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne and a little pink salt. It's then mixed with unsweetened shredded coconut, walnuts and chocolate chips, then topped with a caramel sauce I make out of Kerrygold butter, Madhava coconut sugar and TJ's pure cream. Everything's cooked at 400 degrees F, those times will vary wildly based on the size of the pumpkin. I core the pumpkin, separate it into halves, gut them, roast them face-down (this sucker took ~30 mins but the beast I did today took 45) until tender, skin it, cube it, then mix everything and roast again for 25 mins or so.
It's up to you if you want to use chocolate chips and caramel sauce. I see no evidence that good quality sugar is unhealthy and I burn through a lot of it, so I couldn't care less.

13 oz ultra rare hanger steak and a pile of chocolate chip mashed sweet potatoes...with mashed plantains added for good measure.

Hi all! New here to the forums, but a recent convert to the Primal Blueprint! Loving the miraculous changes already. You'll all likely see me on this thread allot as I love to cook. Tonight I made my low carb version of my favorite stuffed Mexican chicken and it turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself! I used crushed up pork rinds instead of bread crumbs to coat the chicken. Here it is!
