Hey, it's the same thing about grains and chocolate. All day every day we whine about the phytic acid content of grains, but chocolate contains one of the highest phytic acid contents of any food in existence. It's around 10-15 times higher than wheat flour. Pick your battles I guess. I sure as hell won't give up chocolate, but it's not exactly a staple in anyone's diet I hope and it's high in good fats and gluten free.
