how about a smokey cheesy spice blend... ill use a tomato juice/chicken stock for the wet in the shredded meat ad add from there.... you got a blend? im thinking a carrot something might make it sweet/smokey/spicy
Ranch is actually a flavor I really don't like. At all. Cooler Ranch chips are okay I guess, but I detest ranch dressing. I've never in my life tried to make anything ranch-flavored because of this, so this, unfortunately, is something I'm not much of a help with. That link above looks like a good start. Or this:
Dry Buttermilk Ranch Mix Recipe - Allrecipes.com
The dry buttermilk powder is probably what you need as that's one of the strongest flavors in ranch. If you can find it, it's probably the missing ingredient to give it that "tang".

Hi, can you please come to England and cook for me?![]()
"If man made it, don't eat it" - Jack Lallane
People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
Choco, can you please share your brilliant cheesecake recipe?
Christmas will have come early![]()
Smokey cheesy spice blend...hmmm. How about cracked black pepper, bacon bits and the hardest romano cheese you can find? Few things go better than romano and peppercorn, and bacon is the perfect way to add a "smoked" flavorI bet you could crust some chicken in that, fry it in lard and it would be out of this world. Actually, I might have to steal that. And maybe add some rosemary in there, too!

One of my absolute favorites was my take on Primal Cheesecake. An obviously no-no for the anti-dairy crowd, but that ain't me, baby. The day I give up cheese is the day I die.
