I try to avoid them, but I can usually find wild shrimp pretty easily in my grocery store. Have you tried going to a store that only sells seafood? Or do you live somewhere far inland?
It seems all the shrimp I can find is farm-raised. Without having much first-hand knowledge of what farm-raised really means I am against it because of everyone else's comments on it and the fact that fish aren't naturally raised in a farm. So... do any of you eat farm-raised shrimp?? Is it okay to eat?
It seems that one day we won't have access to any wild caught fish...

Have you looked in the frozen section? I buy them at Kroger and Publix, if you have them nearby.
Whole Foods had two types in the seafood case yesterday.
The Emeril brand shrimp are wild caught.
Whole Foods had wild Gulf shrimp on sale this week, but I was afraid to buy them. Was I wrong? Still nervous.

You'll never see the light if you're in someone else's shadow, or said another way, life is like a dog sled team, if you're not the lead dog, the scenery never changes
You must go to the Wild.
I live in the Pacific Northwest so it seems ridiculous not to have easy access to wild shrimp. When I do come across it, which is rare, it's super pricey! I don't have Whole Foods by me. The Kroger brand I found was farm-raised.
