    Question about avocado and milk

    Primal Fuel
    Hey!

Fisrt:Today I want to eat only half of one avocado in my salad, if I put the other half in the fridge, will be ok?

Second: I am 17 years old and I tolerate diary in my diet without any side-effects. So should I search for the full-fat milk, yogurt, cheese to purchase?

    Thanks in advance.

Tip: Leave the pit in the half avocado you are keeping. It keeps better with the pit in it.

    1. Yup, wrap it in clingfilm/gladwrap, it'll be fine. It will go a little brown, but it's still ok to eat for a few days.

    2. If you have no problem with dairy, go for it. Just pick good quality products! No plastic American cheese. This is definitely somethign to be snobby about :P

Brushing a little fresh lemon juice on the cut surface will help prevent browning. Then cling wrap. Cut avos keep very well in the fridge for a day or two.
I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best.
