Ice cream!!! page

I scream, you scream we all scream for ICE CREAM! Guess what lucky Motha got an ice cream maker for her special day? THIS ONE! Got some coconut milk ice cream going in my brand new machine. Going to serve it over the tortillas I made earlier with some cinnamon (ala fried ice cream esque-ish)

*dancing in the kitchen for healthy, homemade ice cream happiness*

and because my husband is epic, here is his idea:

APPLE PIE ALA MODE
1 can coconut milk
4 eggs
1/4c stevia in the raw
1 apple
cinnamon
butter
brown sugar

mix coconut milk, eggs, and stevia and turn into ice cream maker for processing. Dice apple, top with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Nuke in microwave. In last 5 mins of ice cream making, add cinnamon apple mix. *Optional-- Serve over Joyful Abode graham crackers (see joyful abode blog for recipe)
