You are going to hear infinite ways on this forum about how and what to do. Obviously, it is healthier to eat healthy, unprocessed foods. That should be a given. But to lose mass you will have to take out more than you put in. Run down all the rabbit holes you like, constantly worry about getting it “perfect”, and continue to return to this forum again and again with questions about why it’s not working and/or why you are stalled. Or, eat less and less often, and be more active. Ever been to Europe or Asia? They are not fat. They don’t spend much time worrying about ratio’s, or coconut oil, or macro’s, they just eat less and move more than we do. No one has ever gained weight if they stopped eating!
Have you actually been to Europe or Asia? This is most certainly not true.
