Tesco carry both coconut oil and butter - I found them in the "World Foods" section, but that might just be in stores situated in more ethnically diverse areas.
Hi, I got the coconut oil from Holland and Barratt (will order from Amazon next time, significantly cheaper). The coconut flour and almond flour from a local ethnic supermarket, this was around £7.00 odd and £5.00 odd for large bags.
I'll also check ebay now you mention it, thanks for the reminder Breadsauce.

is perfectly pure from HB virgin coconut oil? I bought some today as its on offer, tastes very nice, manufactured in the USA don't know if that is a guide to quality or not
I initially bought some form Coconut Oil Special Offers which was very nice £12.97 for 460g certified organic and manufactured in Sri Lanka, seemed a bit less oily than the HB product
Yes it is, I buy it if it's on offer as I prefer the taste of Biona and Groovy Food over H&B.
I know this is an old thread but Holland and Barrett has the perfectly pure coconut oil buy one for £14.99 get another one for .1p
April 2012--- 9st 7lbs
October 2012-----8st 4lbs.
Now maintaining.
There's Wholefoods in london that stock it and planet organic also.
Try online company called red32 they stock loads of primal store cupboard essentials nuts seeds etc
I buy my coconut oil from here: Buy Coconut Oil - Organic Virgin Coconut Oil in UK - Coconoil - the more you buy, the cheaper it gets.
The organic virgin coconut oil is fantastic. It's produced in Sri Lanka - the guy who started the firm was there helping the country to recover from the tsunami so it's a great fair trade product too.
slight change of subject.what brand of coconut cream and milk do people get?
all the ones i find have various crap and additives in there.the nutri centre used to stock one that was 100% coconut but that changed about two years ago to containing various other stuff that i don't particularly want.
cheers,
ed.
