Thanks for the ideas! Definitely going with the almond meal-- it's SO EXPENSIVE locally. And the flax meal is a little, uh *weird* in my meatballa.

    And hi Other Amy-- ATX?

I like their California Aberquina olive oil. Also, i know peanut butter isn't primal, but theirs is good (just peanuts and salt for the salted variety) and DIRT CHEAP. I limit my consumption of both for fear of the PUFA monster.

I go to nutsonline.com for a lot of the dry ingredients, (coconut flour, almond flour, etc. ) I love the fact that my stuff arrives the day after I ordered it.

Thanks for the tip, Trishie! I didn't realize how many things I used bread crumbs in. 'Til I didn't.

There's not much I get at TJs...exclude perishable and it's practically nothing. Almond meal and some nuts, I guess. Tea if something looks jumps out at me. I like their chamomile. Oh...and I sometimes use their gluten-free dog treats as training treats for our dogs...they're easy to cut up in to small bits (not cheap though).

My non-perishables there are (I definitely do not buy all this every trip!):

    organic coffee
wine - 2 buck chuck sometimes but usually Pinot Noir -Black Mountain (I think - it's something mountain, and it's GOOD)
macademia nuts - I buy one bag salted and one unsalted and mix
85% chocolate lover's dark chocolate (Trader Joe's brand)
pepitas - raw pumpkins seeds (no oil)
macorna (sp?) almonds - with skin - roasted in olive oil (the other kind has sunflower oil)
    olive oil
    kalamata olives
    almond butter
    organic maple syrup
    organic kosher pickle slices
organic vodka sauce (not totally primal -mainly for my husband)
Lara bars - for when I'm in a pinch
