Dropping dairy cleared up my sinuses, my chronic cough, my acne, and my foggy mind.

Try that and get back to me.

Note: 2 weeks minimum before you start coming to conclusions.

Oh, as a side note, can you post the secondary ingredients of your VD3 pills? Maybe there's some nasty culprit lurking in there.

    Edit: brand as well please

I don't think mega doses of D, taken erratically is a good idea. I think your lip would agree with me. How about taking 1,000 or 2,000IUs daily and see how that goes for you?

I know you don't take 20grand a day, but still, even just once, wow!

But anyway, I concur with Grizz, must be the oil based d-3.
Are you taking K2 with the D3. You should especially with osteoporosis.http://mercola.fileburst.com/PDF/Exp...ipt-vitK21.pdf

It is the standard treatment to reverse it in Japan. High dose Ultra K2 Ultra K2, 90 caps

Yes, these evil carbs have also caused all the wars in the world since Troy, and are trying to kidnap the world's daughters. No teacher, my dog ate my homework. I mean, really? Carbs are causing cold sores?

Where can I get oil based D3 that isn't Soybean oil?

I think I'd like to take the Vitamin D3 in gelcaps. Now Foods has some in olive oil. It is listed as Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) (from Lanolin). Is the Lanolin part ok?
