My husband and all of my BIL's got the snip done. One got it done at 18 just because he knew he never wanted kids and didn't wan't to impregnate anyone. Thankfully the sis he married never wanted kids so that worked out for them. My husband was supposed to have the snip done 2 months after our 2nd was born but he had to go on a business trip to Italy and low and behold, I'm pregnant within 2 months of having #2. Hubs got his done for his 27th birthday. My other BIL got snipped a year after their youngest was born. None of them had any complications.

Or go on having abortions until menopause, for those of us not wanting any children.

There are ways to avoid pregnancy that don't involve abortion or permanently altering the body.

That's great for them, but that doesn't mean complications don't happen.

So THAT'S why more guys don't get vasectomies...they truly think they'll be neutered like the poor dog.
