I still have body issues.... most of this was lost due to a Low Carb diet, and little exercise... hence a lot of fat remains right in front. I read about Unconquerable Dave on Mark's daily apple... figured if he can look that good after losing then damn... I can too.

    Grok on...

John, since I'm at work, I'll check out your pics when I get home. Can't see anything but words.

Hey, John - DID YOU READ THE BOOK? Huh, did you? I suggest you get the book and read it--all of it. THEN you can ask questions and stuff. Haha, just messin' with you--that's what you used to tell people over on Active Low Carber forum. That place seems so lame now that I found MDA. Glad to see you still hanging in there. I'm about where you're at. Still trying to lose the ol' love handles. I quit the endless treadmill workouts and started pushups, pullups, situps, planks--all free stuff I can do at home or work during break. Nice to see you here.

Of course I read the fucking book I still love active low Carber, but I am finding the Primal Blueprint ROCKS.

And reading the book does help in both Atkins and Primal. Can't go on a journey if you don't have a map.
