Breakfast: couple of eggs on a couple of coconut pancakes

First lunch: hamburger and hashed yams and onions

Second lunch: Stir fry broccoli and cauliflower with chicken

First dinner: tuna with cashews and raisins

Second dinner: some sort of meat and vegetable curry with raita on the side (cucumber and yogurt)

That's it for the past few weeks, anyways. No thought required.

Doesn't count my various snacks throughout the day.

IF during the day, most every day

and, for dinner, generally eggs, chicken or steak, and some sort of stirfry of vegetables.

I think I'm going switch it up tonight by making a soup as well.

Ooh, I can see this thread is going to be helpful. Especially for breakfast ideas, I am in a serious rut. But here's a typical day.

B: pastured eggs + pastured bacon + almond milk latte

L: Giant salad w/ hardboiled egg OR low-mercury tuna OR thinly sliced steak

S: nuts, or fruit + cheese, or greek yogurt w/ berries

D: Pastured meat + greens + some other veg (tonight is balsamic pork loin w/ green salad and 1/2 acorn squash w/ butter). The bf and I also eat a lot of stir-fry.

B: eggs, bacon or sausage; zucchini or daikon pancakes w/ sour cream

L: BAS; sashimi; something different (our offices sit on top of a culinary market so every day can be a new delicious temptation)

D: beef stew (Just got my slow cooker!!), broccoli sauteed with sausage, salmon or chicken breast; chicken fajitas; steak

    Everything in moderation, including moderation.

Breakfast: Eggs with runny yolk mixed in with ground grass fed beef.

Lunch: Chicken. Eat the fatty dark meat and skin, toss the breast. The organic store near my place makes incredible rotisserie chicken with organic Amish chickens. Occasionally a spinach salad with EVOO.

Dinner: Salmon, Beef, Eggs, Chicken, whatever I have available.

Snack: Canned sardines (eaten outside because wife gags over the smell)

Breakfast: Bowl of frosted flakes, 2 pieces of toast with I can't believe its not butter (lower in artery clogging saturated fat) with a cup of orange juice

Lunch: Large bowl of pasta, garlic bread with margerine on whole wheat bread, cup of orange juice (have to get those fruits and veggies in)

Dinner: boneless skinless chicken breast sandwich with low fat bbq sauce (on whole wheat of course), usually with a mountain dew (my one cheat of the day) and for desert low fat ice cream with low fat whipped cream.

    That is usually my day.
