Breakfast: couple of eggs on a couple of coconut pancakes
First lunch: hamburger and hashed yams and onions
Second lunch: Stir fry broccoli and cauliflower with chicken
First dinner: tuna with cashews and raisins
Second dinner: some sort of meat and vegetable curry with raita on the side (cucumber and yogurt)
That's it for the past few weeks, anyways. No thought required.
Doesn't count my various snacks throughout the day.
