    Cookbook question

Does anybody have the book "Primal Cuts: Cooking with America's Best Butchers"?

Thoughts? It's not a cheap book, but if the recipes follow "our" definition of primal, it sounds like it has potential to be very useful.

I got my latest side of grass-fed beef on Saturday, and this time, I took most of the organs. So, I'm looking for some new recipes right now.

No, but I saw it in the window of williams sonoma and gravitated into the store to thumb through it!
