Some Inspiration For Anyone Who's Working On Their First Muscle-up

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
Hey Gang - I put a new post on my blog this morning about a client of mine who just got his first muscle-up. I think it's a pretty inspiring video!

As always, feel free to comment directly on my blog!

I'd say I'm half the summer away from that.
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

Your first muscleup is a great feeling! Then, you start counting number of consecutive ones. So far, I'm up to 6! Had to back off due to a strained elbow though :-/

Bissen - you are a woman, right? Not many ladies can do even one m-up, nonetheless six! Were these on a bar or rings? I would love to see video when your elbow recovers - I've never seen a woman do more than a single m-up!

Pure beast... hope to be there one day... but first the weight has to come off... hell I cant wait till I can manage one pull up. Also Al, I stalk your blog too. It keeps me motivated and I keep trying to mix in your bodyweight workouts. It still is a drastic mindset change for me as an ex powerlifter.

    Cheers
