I wanted to share a bit of a success story in my personal progress (1 month, no dairy and no fruit) and all of a sudden my abs joined the party! Also, diy dip bar I made for $25 from pvc pipe. I think it may need some reinforcement with T bars but it's a start! ENJOY!

Looking good! How do the PVC dip bars feel? do they rock sideways or are they pretty solid? I'd like to build something like that only higher...

they prob wouldn't hold up in the long run without some reinforcing (t bar idea) which i plan on doing. if i were a guy, i'd prob use 2" pvc or lumber to hold the increase in weight. they are sturdy enough for me but i'm 114lbs.
