Had the metabolism re-tested today after about 10 months of strength training and it has gone up 386 calories! Rock on!

I went to a local fitness center to get it done. You breath normally into a machine for about 10 minutes. But you can't really eat or exercise for so many hours before hand. I can't remember how many

I thought it was great because I found out I've been not eating enough for a looooong time. Which could be stalling my weight loss.
